1- Mood Booster, social dancing is a great way to improve your mood, not only due to the social aspect of it but also because it has been linked to better cognitive function, and also helps the body release endorphins which help not only with you overall mood but also with stress and anxiety

and friendly people who have the same interests you do, this allows for a strong sense of community that helps form long-lasting friendships, whether you are an introvert or an extrovert there’s no better activity to make friends than social dancing!    


3- The Romance: yup that's right in a world where machines and algorithms are now failing dramatically at telling us who are we compatible with, social dancing is a great way for singles not only to make friends but also to find that special someone, I met my wife dancing back in 2019 after years of trying EVERY SINGLE dating app under the sun, going in countless dates and spending a ridiculous amount of money and time with no success, In the dance scene this all is unnecessary mostly because you meet multiple people on a single night and also because every social dancing event can easily become an unofficial date between two people who like each other.  


4- The obvious fitness benefits, Social dancing is a great way to stay active as a matter of fact Bachata or Salsa dancing is one of the few physical activities that do not feel like a workout, dancing 2 or 3 times per week can help you to lose those extra pounds you have been wanting to get rid off, come see it for yourself.
